1. Give the AI the link guide
Ask it to follow https://shareplan.fit/ai-link. No SharePlan account or API key is required. Automatic short-link creation depends on the assistant being able to send the documented request.
2. Describe what you need
State your goal, level, equipment, training days and constraints. Ask the AI to create the short link only if it can send the request; otherwise request the strict JSON.
3. Open it in SharePlan
Open the returned short link directly, or paste the JSON once on the import page, then start the guided workout.
Optional: automatic publishing
Any chat can produce the strict SharePlan JSON. A short link is automatic only when the assistant can send the documented HTTP request or use MCP.
