See the exercise. Do the set. Move to the next one.
Workout mode shows the right instruction at the right time. No scrolling through a long chat while you are training.

Exercise demos
When a demonstration is available, you can quickly watch the movement before starting.
The right controls
Sets, repetitions, rounds, work periods and rest timers appear according to the workout format.
Your performance
Record load, repetitions, time, distance or notes during the session. Your completed workouts stay in your local history.
How it works
Open a SharePlan link or an imported workout and start workout mode. The screen shows one step at a time: the current exercise, its animation when available, the prescribed sets or duration and the next step. Timers start from the values written in the workout.
What it handles
Workout mode adapts its controls to the block type: sets and rest for strength, rounds for circuits, minute windows for EMOM, time caps for AMRAP and for time, work and recovery phases for intervals and endurance. You enter load, repetitions, time, distance or notes as you go.
What SharePlan does not do
Workout mode does not change the program, suggest loads or decide when to progress. It follows the instructions written by your AI or coach and saves the results you enter in your local history, which you can share back with your AI.
