Each format keeps its own rules.
A strength session does not work like an EMOM or an interval run. SharePlan displays the right steps, timers and controls for each one.

Strength and circuits
Follow sets, repetitions, rest periods and rounds without losing your place.
EMOM, AMRAP and for time
Minute windows, fixed work durations and time caps are displayed and timed according to the format.
Intervals and endurance
Preparation, work, recovery and transition phases follow one another clearly, including running and conditioning sessions.
How it works
Each block of the workout declares its format. SharePlan reads that format and applies the matching sequence of steps, timers and inputs, so the same exercise can appear as sets in one block and as timed work in another.
Accepted formats
Strength, circuit, EMOM, AMRAP, for time, interval, endurance, flow, skill and recovery blocks. The exact JSON fields are documented at shareplan.fit/ai-link so that your AI can write a workout SharePlan can read.
What SharePlan does not do
SharePlan does not pick a format for you and does not turn one format into another. Choosing between an EMOM, an AMRAP or intervals is up to your AI or coach; SharePlan only displays and times the format they wrote.
